The last Blog :(

Hello, for the last time, today is the last blog I'm going to write (unless I decide to continue with these in a future), and the theme of this blog will be about my experience as a blogger (an english blogger), and if it really improve my skills to write in English.
Personally, I enjoy the experience in genereral, maybe at the beginning it was a bit stressful, because I didn't know how to start each blog or what  to decide to write on blogs, but as each class passed, these problems dissapeared and each blog was easier than the previous one.
About my writing skills, honestly, after having been  on vacation for four months, I forgot all about how to write in English, so the blogs really helped me a lot, especially with the auxes tha english uses, so yes, you could that my writing skills developed.
For the future in this blogs, I would like to include more interaction between classmates, not ust a comment, maybe like the best comment, or something like that.
I would have like to write about a favourite place to visit, or an eviromental issue, also about a sport or activity that you do in your free time, maybe about videogames, more about music, I don't know what else.
And that's all I think in this part of the subject. So it's time to say goodbye for the last time, see you next time, my dear friend <3.

A subject I enjoy studying this semester

Hi everyone! For today's blog, I'm going to talk about my favourite subject in this semester (an eternal semester). The truth of the matter is that I love chemistry, I'm passionate about everything related to it, but this semester, but this semester I had a subject called "General Chemistry 1" and I really didn't enjoy it very much, because it was more of the same, I knew most of the subjects tha were studied.
However, I had a subject called "Mechanics" which, althought it was the subject where I knew less, was the one I enjoyed the most this semester.
"Mechanics" is a subject of the first semester of the Chemistry and Pharmacy career (and the other career of the faculty also have it), in this subject, we study the movement of the objects, affected by an external agent, such as weight, force, friction or torque. In class I try to pay as much attention as possible , because most of the issues were completely unknown for me, I liked this subject because the teachers don't teach physics from the point of view of mathematic, with formulas and only that, but they focus on the description of the phenomenon, because it occurs , and what effects it produces.

A photograph

Hello everyone, today the blog is about a photo, my favourite photograph.

To start, I really like photography, I enjoy going out with my girlfriend in Santiago and taking some pictures of people, buildings, urban landscapes, structures, monuments,etc. We don´t have a camera or professional equipment, but with the right framing and good lighting, pretty good photos can come out. 

I really like a specific style of photography, and that is night urban photography, the combination of the colors of the lights on a photo, I find it fascinating, and professional photographer Liam Wong, known how to use this resource very well.

In his photo book called "TO:KY:OO", you will find one of my favorite photos called "NEON NOIR", the photo shows the incredible mix of colors generated by the night lights on the streets of Tokyo, it was taken approximately in 2017. I love this photo because it generates a contrast between the artificial and the organic (and with "the organic" I mean people who walk in the rain with their umbrellas), it shows how the gray and monotonous landscape of the city during the day can be transformed into a festival of colors at night.

Peaky Blinders

Hello everyone, today the blog will be about series, specifically from a series that I would recommend.

I would recommend some anime that I've seen lately to watch, but I don't know if the whole class really likes anime. So I'm going to talk about "Peaky Blinders".

Peaky Blinders is a british TV series that began its broadcast in 2013, is directed by Otto Bathurst and Tom Harper, and produced by Katie Swinden, is starring Cillian Murphy and Sam Neill.

The characters are: Tommy Shelby, Chester Campbell, Polly Gray, Grace Burgess, Arthur Shelby, Ada Shelby, John Shelby, Michael Gray and Alfie Solomons. 

The plot is about the band called "Peaky Blinders"of Birmingham, led by Tommy Shelby, war hero and one of the Shelby brothers, during the 20s, and how these are rising in the criminal world against other bands in the zone, and all the consequences that that brings. 

I like this series especially for the setting, and the type of lighting they use, it gives a more mysterious tone to the scenes. In addition, each end of the season is amazing. I recommended it a lot.

Max Plack

Hello again, for this blog, I´m going to talk about an expert in the field of my career, not exactly pharmacy or Chemist, but yes science.
 I first thought in Gilbert Lewis, but, despite his contributions to science, these were not so revolutionary. Then  I remembered Max Plank and his discovery of the quantum theory, and the "Planck Units" o "Natural Units", so I choose him for this blog.

Max Planck was a German Physicist and Mathematician, considered as the father of the Quantum Theory, he was born in 1858 (Kiel, Germany) and died in 1947.

His main works in the field of sciences were the discovery of the "Plank constant", and the proposal of the "Natural Units", also known as "Fundamental units of Physics"
I like this man because, his history (taking into consideration that he lived at the time of both world wars), and his dicoveries in the sciences, are absolutely fascinating, he laid the foundations for a new era in the sciences, the era of the Quantum Theory.

My favourite Heroe

Hello again, today I´m going to talk about my favourite hero, I´ts really difficult for me choose  a hero or and anti-hero, first I considered some anti-heroes, like Hisoka (Hunter X Hunter), The Joker (Batman), and The puppet Master (Ghost in the shell), but truly, I don´t know much about them, or what´s the message they deliver to their works. So I thought of a SUPER hero, one that breaks all scales of power, one that is simple but amazing at the same time...

That hero, is One Punch Man, Saitama to be exact, he is the main character of a webcomic and anime created by ONE, a japanese illustrator, Saitama literally is a Super powerful man who with a single punch destroys his enemies,  technically, it´s the most powerful entity in the universe. But I don´t like the work for that, I like because ONE takes Saitama  beyond the physical plane, Saitama is the best, and there´s no doubt about that.
ONE focuses on analyzing what it is to be absolutely powerful, what kind of person you become, and how that influences others, Saitama doesn´t want admiration, he does not expect anything in return , what makes Saitama really powerful, is his way of influencing the rest, it´s not his powers, it´s him. You can be powerful, you can be famous, you can be anything, but that doesn´t define your value as an individual, that you decide with your acts, you decide how to use your power.
And that´s all.

Favourite musician

Hello everyone, today i´m going to tell you about my favourite musician. Honestly, I don´t have a single favourite musician, I like a lot of genres of music, but if i have to choose some favourites, they would be "C tangana", "Nvscvr" and "EARTHGANG".
First, C tangana, a Spanish singer who started rapping, his real name is Antón Alvarez Alfaro, I like him because his style is so variable and energic, he sing rap, boleros, pop, funk, trap, etc. And his personality is dazzling.  I met, maybe in 2016? (I don´t remember, sorry).

Nvscvr is a group of three artist dedicated to urban music, their artistic names are Babyjey, Kidpoison and Mlshbts (malos habitos), I like their style of compose music, the beats they use are simply amazing (seriously), they sound great in front of the microphone. I met this group in December 2018, and since then, there is no day when I don´t listen to them.

And Finally, EARTHGANG, is an american Hip Hop duo from Atlanta, I don´t know their real names, but their lyrics and flow, his aesthetics as artists, is what I like most about them. I met them for a song by J.I.D (another american rapper), their flow I liked immediately when I heard them.

My favourite piece of technology

Hello everyone, today I will talk to you about my favourite piece of technology, "The smartphone".

Currently I have a "Huawei P20 Lite", It's a good model of phone, with a very good camera and storage.

During my life, I  have't had a lot of phones (maybe 2 or 3, I don't remember right now), but in the last year, this instrument has been indispensable for my day by day, especially in the hour when I go to the University. I've had this one since 2018, it was a gift from my mother for Christmas.

I use it for everything, for listening to music, contacting my friends and my family,  to do my homework, to study, to play video games, watching series, movies, animes, and to take pictures. I use it every day, a few hours each day (except in the hour of classes), it's like an addiction.

Why do I like it so much? Because is a very versatile tool to do anything, It's portable, comfortable and easy to use. Without a smartphone, honestly, my days would be chaotic, because I have a lot of important information about my classes, tasks, they would be boring without the music that I store in it. 

Why did I choose this programme/career?

Hi everyone, today I will talk to you about how I decided to study chemistry and pharmacy.
Well, when I was a child, I wanted to be a doctor,  I loved the idea of helping people to stay healthy, but as I was growing, I realized that it was not like I imagined, so I decided to look for a career within the same area, I discovered  Medical Technology, Nursing, Biochemistry and Chemistry and Pharmacy.

Finally, I decided to enter Chemistry and Pharmacy. Nowadays, I´m studying my first semester in this program, and the experience of being a University  Student, it has been incredible, I have met wonderful people at this time, and I have learned a lot, It´s very rewarding.

Currently, I have no idea that I want to work in the future, but pharmacology research sounds very well, maybe I´m going to work on that, or Pharmaceutical legislation, I don´t know, but I´m sure I will do a social work, so I have to do hard work to be a good professional.

My autobiography

I was born in Santiago the 27th November, 2000 with my twin brother (yes, I have a twin brother).

I lived the first years of my childhood in a small house in the Quilicura district  whit my brother and my parents. My father was a businessman, he work on a Butcher shop, and in a workshop, my mother was a housewife.

At four years, I got into Santa Maria Elementary school, I studied there for 10 years, when I was eleven years old, we moved to a different place in he same district, but my father died on an accident in 2013, so my mom got a job in a Mini-market.  In 2015, I changed school to Salesianos Alameda (more known how "La Gratitud Nacional"), and so I completed my high school studies in there. 

Nowadays, I´m studying Chemistry and Pharmacy at Universidad de Chile. 

My family is small, we are I, my Mom and my brother, he studies Environmental Biology at Universidad de Chile. In 2016 I met my current girlfriend, her name is Javiera, so i have been in a relationship since that year.

In my free time, I like to take photos, watch series and animes (otaku alert), listen to music (mostly rap), play some videogames (except fortnite), I would like to make beats, but my computer broke down (so sad).
